High performance, A1 rated creche. This project comprised of 2 classrooms, 3 bathrooms and a reception area. It was completed inside 4 weeks in time for the September preschool year. It was completed on time and in budget.
We have utilised the G-loc Zero wall with insulated passive foundation and a truss roof. It was also designed inhouse by Glavloc® architectural designers and is built to Department of Education specifications.
