This forest classroom was designed to be used for pre-schoolers in Mary Geary's Creche in Cork. It has been clad with pressure-treated Scandinavian Spruce. It has been built to a passive standard and designed to fit into it's local environment. This unit is a modular unit and can be moved.
It was constructed in the adjoining car park next to some existing portacabins but will be lifted into its final environment in the woods at the end of the year.
This building was completed in 5 days and is built to Department of Education specifications.
